We were thrilled to recently host the Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen (GYG) team in the Riverina, the heart of Australia’s rice-growing region, to see first hand where the premium rice they use in their restaurants is grown and milled. We’re proud to supply GYG with your locally grown, high-quality Australian rice, which forms the base of many of their much-loved dishes.
