SunRice is pleased to announce that GrowRice funding for CY26 is now available to approved growers, three months earlier than in previous years. This early release aims to support growers by providing timely access to input funding, including for critical purchases such as water, at a time that suits their operations best.

Once a seed order is confirmed with SunRice, eligible growers can secure a water position when pricing is most favourable, helping manage costs and plan confidently for the season ahead.

GrowRice offers up to $2,000 per hectare in competitive and accessible financing for key inputs like water, fertiliser and pesticides. Repayments are deducted from CY26 crop proceeds, providing flexibility and ease.

Eligibility criteria include:

• Supplied rice to SunRice in the CY23, CY24 or CY25 seasons;
• Achieved at least 75% of the regional average yield for varieties grown; and
• Entered into a CY26 Pool Contract and/or Fixed Price Contract with SunRice.
