SunRice Indian Basmati Rice
1 Brown onion, finely diced
2 tsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Sweet paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
4 cups Chicken or Vegetable stock
1 tsp Thyme or Parsley, dried
2 cups SunRice rice, uncooked (If using Basmati, rinse rice 3-4 times to remove starch)
