Chilli Garlic Prawns

STIR FRY BABYCHILLI GARLIC PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS

20 Prawns with tail on, peeled 

1 bunch Broccolini, halved lengthwise

OPTIONAL

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

2 Spring onions, sliced

MARINADE

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tsp Oil

RICE

2x 250g SunRice Microwave Rice,

or 

1½ cups SunRice rice, uncooked

STEP 1 - PREP

  • Whisk marinade ingredients together
  • Combine with prawns
  • Cook rice as per the instructions on pack

STEP 2 - COOK

  • Heat a wok over medium-high heat and
    add a drizzle of oil
  • Cook prawns 1-2 minutes per side (reserve marinade) & remove from pan
  • Add broccolini, stirring occasionally for 2-3 mins
  • Add remaining marinade, stir with prawns for another 1-2 mins

STEP 3 - SERVE

  • Serve with cooked rice
  • Top with sesame seeds & spring onion

PRO TIP - STORAGE

  • Store your left over rice in a sealable, microwave-friendly tub for another day.
