1 Brown onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
2-3 cups Birds Eye Frozen Veggie Mix, of your choice
4 cups Vegetable Stock
2 cups SunRice rice, uncooked (If using Basmati, rinse rice 3-4 times to remove starch)
