  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally for 8 minutes. Remove sausages from frying pan and drain oil away. Cut each sausage into thirds and add back to frying pan.

  2. Add simmer sauce to sausages and simmer 6 minutes or until sausages are cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add peas and carrot and simmer for 1 minute longer.

  3. To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet. Serve Curried Sausages with rice.
