  • 450 g SunRice Steamed Long Grain White Rice Family Pack

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 500 g Diced Chicken

  • 1 Large Carrot (thinly sliced)

  • 500 g Honey Mustard Simmer Sauce

  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Method

  • Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add chicken and carrot and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, until chicken browns.

  • Add simmer sauce and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peas and simmer for 1 minute longer.

  • To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet. Serve Honey Mustard Chicken with rice.
