Method


  1. To cook the rice, in a saucepan, add 1 cup of rice to 2.5 cups of cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stand, covered for 5 minutes. If you are not sure how, we have a helpful “How to Cook rice section” to make you a pro.

    Tip: For a quicker alternative, we also have a range of ready rices, that are ready to eat in 90 seconds! Spread rice onto a tray and refrigerate 15 minutes to cool.

  2. Place a clean tea towel on a work surface. Dip 1 rice paper sheet in a dish of warm water for about 15 seconds or until pliable. Drain and lay on the tea towel.

  3. Place a mint leaf in the centre of the rice paper sheet. Place a little tuna, cucumber, avocado, carrot, green onion, mint and coriander along the centre of the sheet. Fold in ends and roll up securely to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets and filling ingredients. Serve with dipping sauce.
