Portobello Mushroom Rice
Method
To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and thyme and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the rice and parsley and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with sliced grilled Porterhouse steak and dijonnaise.
