Method


  1. Cook SunRice Fragrant Jasmine Rice according to the packet instructions.

  2. Combine olive oil, ginger, garlic & spring onions in a large fry pan over high heat. Sauté until everything is golden and fragrant.

  3. Add duck or chicken and stir fry until cooked through.

  4. Add the vegetables and chilli flakes and stir fry for only a few seconds - you still want great crunch!

  5. Add the remaining seasonings and stir until combined. Taste to see if more seasoning is needed.

  6. Serve immediately with the steamed SunRice Fragrant Jasmine Rice.
