Chicken Style Rice with Honey Soy Chicken Skewers
Method
Heat a barbecue grill or non-stick frying pan on medium. Spray the skewers lightly with oil. Cook, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove to a plate.
Heat your SunRice Chicken Style Rice in the microwave for 2½ minutes or stir fry in a pan for 2½ minutes.
Microwave or steam the carrots and beans for 1-2 minutes until tender.
Spoon the SunRice Chicken Style Rice into bowls. Top with the vegetables, coriander leaves and chicken skewers. Serve.
