  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until browned.

  2. Reduce heat slightly. Add snow peas and chillies and stir-fry for 2 minutes longer.

  3. Add coconut cream, peanut butter, ginger, chilli sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to combine. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.

  4. To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet. Serve satay chicken with rice and enjoy!
