Chicken Burrito Bowl in 5
Method
Place cooking oil in a medium pan on medium heat. Re-heat your chicken in the pan and sprinkle over cajun seasoning and cook for 3min. Set aside.
Heat your SunRice Microwave Brown Wholegrain Rice in the microwave for 90sec then place it in a large serving bowl.
Prep your vegetables, then carefully add the individual vegetables in sections on top of the rice.
Finally, place your cajun chicken on top and finish with a drizzle of balsamic dressing over your salad and enjoy.
