Basmati

Basmati rice is renowned for its delightful aroma and long slender grains. When cooked, Basmati rice expands in length and produces a light, fluffy texture that is ideal for absorbing the flavours of your cooking. A drier rice, Basmati grains will remain separate, making it a staple of Indian cooking.

Method

  • For a delicious, quick and easy lunch your workmates will be jealous of, heat the microwave rice cup for 40 seconds whilst you combine the other ingredients. Mix together and dollop that Greek yoghurt on top like a chef would.

  • Tip: If you don’t want the coriander, we won’t judge. The mint is just as good.
