  • 2 cup SunRice Jasmine Fragrant Rice

  • 3 cup Water

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 2 tbsp Red Curry Paste

  • 500 g Lean Beef (chopped)

  • 2 cup Green Beans (halved)

  • 400 ml Coconut Cream

Method

  • Cook Hinode rice per package instructions.

  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.

  • Add curry paste and beef and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes.

  • Lower heat and add beans and coconut milk. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes or until beans are tender.

  • Mix cilantro into rice and serve with red curry.
