Ingredients to serve:

This recipe was originally designed for 2 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 4, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.

  • 4 SunRice original Thick Rice Cakes (roughly crushed)

  • 300 g Milk Chocolate

  • 75 g Dark Chocolate

  • 1 cup Marshmallows (pink and white)

  • ½ cup Unsalted Peanuts

  • ½ cup Glace Cherries

Method

  • Line a brownie tray with plastic wrap.

  • Place the milk and dark chocolates into a bowl and melt slowly over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon until melted.

  • Once chocolate is melted, add all other ingredients and stir to combine.

  • Pour mixture into the tray and allow to cool and harden in the fridge.

  • Take out of the tray, remove plastic wrap and slice into squares.
