For a quick snack, try out these simple salmon rice cakes! This dish requires no cooking and is a great recipe for those after a tasty snack in a rush.

Ingredients to serve:

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 200 g SunRice original Thick Rice Cakes

  • 200 g Cream Cheese (spreadable)

  • 100 g Smoked Salmon Slices

  • ½ Baby Spinach (washed)

  • 2 tsp Baby Capers

  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Pepper (to taste)

  • Spread cheese onto SunRice Original Thick Rice Cakes.

  • Add smoked salmon, baby spinach and onion.

  • Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with capers and season with pepper.
