This rice cake yoghurt bowl is perfect to enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dessert! This recipe combines crushed rice cakes with delicious toppings.

Ingredients to serve:

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 16 SunRice original Thick Rice Cakes

  • 2 punnet Fresh Raspberries

  • 1 cup Honey Yoghurt

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Shavings (chocolate sprinkles)

  • 1 bunch Mint

Method

  • Roughly crush SunRice Original Thick Rice Cakes into a desert bowl.

    Tip: Use cocktail glasses for an individual serve or a deep plate/plater to share.

  • Add raspberries, drizzle with yoghurt.

  • Add chocolate and garnish with mint.
