1 packet SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice
¼ cup Satay Sauce
1 orange
400 g Smoked Salmon
2 cup Packet Cabbage Slaw
4 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)
Heat SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice in the microwave for 90sec. Then place it in a large serving bowl.
Cut orange into quarters and squeeze the juice of one quarter into a small bowl. Add the satay sauce into the bowl with the orange juice and stir to combine.
Add the cabbage slaw to one side of the bowl with the rice, then place your cut of salmon on top.
Drizzle over the orange satay sauce and top with the crushed peanuts and a few pieces of orange and enjoy.
