Orange Satay Salmon Rice Bowl in 5

This recipe was originally designed for 2 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 4, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 1 packet SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice

  • ¼ cup Satay Sauce

  • 1 orange

  • 400 g Smoked Salmon

  • 2 cup Packet Cabbage Slaw

  • 4 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)

  • Heat SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice in the microwave for 90sec. Then place it in a large serving bowl.

  • Cut orange into quarters and squeeze the juice of one quarter into a small bowl. Add the satay sauce into the bowl with the orange juice and stir to combine.

  • Add the cabbage slaw to one side of the bowl with the rice, then place your cut of salmon on top.

  • Drizzle over the orange satay sauce and top with the crushed peanuts and a few pieces of orange and enjoy.
