  • Carrot

  • Green Beans

  • Avocado

  • Green Onions

  • Smoked Salmon (available in the dip section)

  • 1 Asian Dressing ((Changs))

  • Sesame Seeds and Nori

  • Using a spiralizer, spin the carrots. If you don’t have one you can just cut them up thinly.

  • Heat the microwave cup for 40 seconds. When it’s ready, put it upside down on the plate so it keeps its shape.

  • Spread the remaining ingredients out evenly on the plate and drizzle the dressing on top. Want it to look like it was made at a restaurant? Sprinkle some nori and sesame seeds on top.
