Method


  1. Cook SunRice Long Grain Rice as per pack instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non stick fry pan or wok on high heat.
  3. Add ginger, garlic and stir, add prawns and fry for a minute.
  4. Crack the eggs into a small bowl add sesame oil and whisk lightly with a fork.
  5. Remove prawns from pan, place pan back onto stove top and add egg mix, stir fry quickly then add prawns back into the pan.
  6. Add rice and stir fry until rice is hot.
  7. Add soy sauce and spring onions and heat through for another minute. Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander. Add fresh chilli for extra spice.
