- Squeeze rice pouch to separate rice. Tear corner of pouch to vent heat. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (850W). Set aside.
- Place rice, prawns, mango, cucumber and coriander in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Divide between 2 bowls. Serve drizzled with dressing.
