  1. Squeeze rice pouch to separate rice. Tear corner of pouch to vent heat. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (850W). Set aside.
  2. Place rice, prawns, mango, cucumber and coriander in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Divide between 2 bowls. Serve drizzled with dressing.
