Method
- Place marinade and steak into a shallow dish and turn to coat. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add eggs and cook 4 minutes for soft yolk, or to your liking. Remove eggs and place on a plate. Cover loosely with foil, being careful not to touch yolk with foil.
- Increase heat to high. Add steak to frying pan and cook 3 minutes each side for medium, or to your liking. Remove and rest 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, squeeze rice pouch to separate rice. Tear corner of pouch to vent heat. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (850W). Divide rice between two bowls.
- Slice steak and place in bowls, along with cucumber, kimchi and eggs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Note: Kimchi is available in the dip section of select supermarkets, health food stores and Asian grocery stores.
