Method


  1. Place cornflour in a jug. Gradually blend with water. Add soy sauce, honey and ginger and stir to combine. Set aside.
  2. Squeeze rice pouch to separate rice. Tear corner of pouch to vent heat. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (850W). Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Reduce heat slightly. Add carrot, broccoli and capsicum and stir-fry for 3 minutes longer, then add green onions and garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Stir honey soy mixture, then add to frying pan. Simmer, stirring for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve with rice and garnish with extra green onions.
