Method


  1. Start with the rice. Put Jasmine rice onto cook, following the pack instructions. Tip: To reduce the cook time to 10 minutes, use SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice - only 90 seconds in the microwave.
  2. While your rice is cooking, heat 1 tbsn of vegetable oil in a large non-stick frypan or wok, add the onions and stir-fry until translucent. Add the chicken and cook through. Add green beans. Make a well in the centre and pour in the eggs. Keep flipping until they are golden.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked rice and season with 1 - 2 tspn of soy and spindle with 1/4 tspn of sugar and pepper to taste.
