Method


  1. Place vegetable oils in a frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat.

  2. Add green onions, garlic, snow peas and and prawns and cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through. Turn off heat.

  3. To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet. Add to prawn mixture along with chilli paste and salt. Stir to combine.

  4. Serve topped with extra sliced green onions.
