SunRice Medium Grain Brown Rice in 90 seconds is made with wholegrain brown rice, is a source of vitamin (Niacin B3) & minerals for vitality, and a good source of dietary fibre. Brown rice has never been easier!
Cooking Method
Microwave
- Squeeze pouch to separate rice
- Tear corner of pouch to vent heat
- Heat in microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds
NB. Microwave ovens vary. For each microwave adjust cooking time to ensure contents are piping hot before serving.
To Stir Fry
- Heat a tspn of oil in a non stick pan.
- Add contents of pouch and briskly stir fry over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- (Ensure the rice is hot before serving.)
